8度区150m高框架-核心筒结构方案对比

[摘要]以一栋8度区150m高框架-核心筒结构的超高层为例,分析了无伸臂、2层高错层交叉布置伸臂和1层高伸臂三种框架-核心筒结构方案在小震和中震下的性能,并对比分析了不同方案的安全性、经济性和适用性。结果表明带伸臂方案优势明显:可有效降低核心筒墙体拉应力,显著提高结构的安全性;大幅降低结构造价,经济性更好;增加使用面积,适用性更好;2层高错层交叉布置伸臂较1层高伸臂在经济性和安全性上更优。

Comparison of  structural schemes of a 150m high  building with  frame-corewall structures in the 8 degree seismic region

Abstract:Based on a 150m  high super high-rise building with frame-corewall structure in the 8 degree seismic region, the behavior of frame-corewall structures without outrigger, with 1-story height outrigger and with 2-stories height staggered outrigger under frequent and middle earthquakes were investigated,the securities,economies and applicabilities were compared between different schemes. The results show that the outrigger can improve the performance of the frame-corewall structure. Specifically, the scheme with outrigger has obvious advantage including decreasing the tensile stress of the corewall effectively, improving the structure security obviously, reducing the cost dramatically, owning better economy, increasing the structure usable area and having better applicability. Additionally, compared with the frame-corewall structure with 1-story height outrigger, the frame-corewall structure with 2-stories height staggered outrigger exhibits better security and economy.
