[摘要]武汉长江航运中心大厦结构地上62层、地下4层,建筑高度330m,经过方案比选采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,为武汉地区类似高度超高层建筑首例。从抗震概念设计出发,采用性能化抗震设计对主要构件进行复核,采用PMSAP及SAP2000软件进行小震、中震验算,采用PERFORM\|3D软件进行大震下结构弹塑性时程分析,还进行了塔冠部分刚架非线性稳定分析、结构抗连续倒塌分析、楼板地震应力分析、人行荷载及风荷载作用下舒适度分析、混凝土长期徐变收缩影响分析。结果表明,此结构方案具有较高的抗震承载能力和延性,能够满足现行各项规范的要求。

Structure design of an out-of-codes highrise building in Wuhan Changjiang Shipping Center

Abstract:Wuhan Changjiang Shipping Center is a frame-core wall structure system with the height of 330m and consists of 4 stories underground and 62 stories overground. After the program comparison, the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system was adopted, which is the first case among similar height high-rise building in Wuhan. From the seismic conception, performance-based design was used to review the main components. PMSAP and SAP2000 software were used for small and middle earthquakes seismic inspection. PERFORM-3D software was used in elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Besides, nonlinear stability analysis of tower crown steel structure, progressive collapse analysis, stress analysis of floors and comfort analysis under pedestrian load and wind load were put out. The results show that the structure has sufficient seismic capacity and ductility, which can meet the requirements of the existing codes.
