大尺寸框架涵构件预制拼装力学性能研究

[摘要]采用明挖结合大尺寸框架结构多向分块预制拼装工艺进行框架涵施工具有施工速度快、施工期间对交通干扰较小等优点。以厦门市疏港路下穿通道工程为背景,考虑到结构的运营安全性、耐久性需要,结合大比例缩尺模型试验,并采用ANSYS软件对框架涵结构进行受力分析,确定结构最适埋深为1-3m,并根据结构各个尺寸的变化影响,优化了结构截面尺寸。

Study on mechanical properties of prefabricated assembly large size frame culvert

Abstract:It has the advantages of rapid construction and less traffic disturbance during the construction to conduct frame culvert construction using the open-cut multi-directional prefabricated assembly technology combined with large-size frame structure. Taking the underpass tunnel project of Shugang Road in  Xiamen, the operational safety and durability of the structure were considered, and the frame culvert structure was analyzed by ANSYS software combined with the large-scale scaled model test. The most suitable embedding depth was determined as 1-3m. And according to the influence of changes in various sizes of the structure, the crosssectional size of the structure was optimized.
