建筑结构胶高温粘结性能试验研究

(1 上海隧道工程股份有限公司,上海 200080; 2 上海大学力学所,上海 200072;3 上海理工大学城市建筑与环境工程学院,上海 200093)[摘要]对建筑结构常用的加固结构胶材料进行了常温和超常温试验。设计制作了36个正拉试件进行粘结抗拉试验,试验温度在18.5℃~120℃之间。此外,制作了18个剪切试件进行粘结剪切试验,试验温度在25℃~60℃之间,在试验结果对比分析的基础上研究了结构胶粘结性能随温度变化的规律。研究表明,温度对粘结性能的影响较显著,超常温(“高温”)状态下结构胶粘结承载力急剧下降,温度升高至60℃粘结抗拉强度急剧下降,而温度升高至45℃后粘结抗剪强度与剪切模量急剧下降。[关键词]建筑物加固;结构胶;粘结性能;高温;剪切模量Experimental study on bonding behavior of structural adhesives under high temperatureLiu Kai1, Luo Ren’an2, Chen Youliang3(1 Shanghai Shield Tunneling Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200080, China; 2 Mechanics Department, Shanghai University,Shanghai 200072, China; 3 University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai 200093, China)Abstract:The structural adhesives used in buildings reinforcement were tested under normal and higher temperature conditions. The 36 specimens were tested under tensile strength at the temperature between 18.5℃~120℃.In addition,and 18 specimens were tested under shear strength at the temperature between 25℃~60℃. By the comparison and analysis of experimental results, the variation rule of the bonding behavior of structural adhesives with the increase of the temperature was studied. It is concluded that the temperature effect on the bonding behavior is quite obvious, and at higher temperature the bonding carrying capacity of structural adhesives declined rapidly.
