灌芯装配式混凝土剪力墙竖向分布钢筋搭接试验*

[摘要]为了验证灌芯装配式混凝土剪力墙竖向分布钢筋搭接连接方法的可行性,按照100%的钢筋搭接接头率,依据混凝土规范规定的要求设置钢筋的搭接长度,设计制作了16个预制混凝土钢筋搭接连接试件。考虑钢筋直径和搭接长度的影响因素,完成了试件的单向拉伸试验,得到了构件钢筋搭接连接的破坏模式及各因素的影响规律。试验研究表明,按照混凝土规范中钢筋搭接长度计算公式计算的搭接长度满足设计要求,此种连接方式性能可靠且施工简便,适合预制装配式混凝土结构构件的钢筋连接。

Experiment on vertical distribution reinforced bar lapping length of core-grouted assembled concrete shear walls

Abstract:In order to study the feasibility of the vertical distribution reinforced bar lapping connection method of core-grouted prefabricated concrete shear walls, 16 precast concrete reinforced bar lapping connection components were designed and made with the 100% area percentage rate of the lap joints. The reinforced bar lapping length was determined according to code for design of concrete structures. Considering influential factors of reinforced bar diameter and lapping length, uniaxial tension tests on specimens were completed to obtain the failure mode and the impact laws of various factors. The experimental study shows that, the lapping length calculated by formula of reinforced bars lapping length in the code for design of concrete structures meets the design requirements. This connection method is reliable in performance and its construction is convenient, and it is suitable for the reinforced bar connection of concrete components of prefabricated concrete structure.
