楔形节点现浇连接的装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙抗震性能研究*

[摘要]为了研究楔形节点现浇连接的装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙的抗震性能,对剪跨比为2-1的装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件进行足尺拟静力试验,并与相同尺寸的现浇墙体试件进行对比。试验结果表明,预制墙试件与现浇墙试件的破坏形态基本相同,为竖向钢筋受拉屈服、墙底混凝土受压破坏;预制墙试件的极限位移角为1/69,比现浇墙试件略小,开裂荷载与承载力均小于现浇墙试件;预制墙试件的滞回曲线较饱满,其延性性能满足抗震要求。并利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对此楔形节点现浇连接的装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙进行了数值模拟,将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,模拟得到的承载力、侧移均与试验结果接近,两个方法得到的骨架曲线也基本吻合。

Seismic performance research on prefabricated RC shear walls with cast-in-place wedge-shaped joint connection

Abstract:In order to study the seismic performance of cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear walls with wedge-shaped joints, the full-scale quasi-static tests of the prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall specimens with shear span ratio of 2-1 were carried out and results were compared with those of cast-in-situ shear wall specimens with the same size. The experimental results show that the failure modes of the prefabricated wall specimen and the cast-in-place wall specimen are basically the same, featuring the yield failure of vertical steel bar and compression failure of the concrete at the bottom of the wall. The ultimate displacement angle of the prefabricated wall specimen is 1/69, which is slightly smaller than that of cast-in-situ wall specimen. And the crack loading and the bearing capacity are smaller than those of the cast-in-place wall. The hysteresis curve of the prefabricated wall specimen is full and its ductility satisfies the seismic requirement. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to conduct numerical simulation on prefabricated RC shear wall with cast-in-place wedge-shaped joint connection. The bearing capacity and lateral displacement obtained from the simulation were similar to the experimental results. The skeleton curves obtained by the two methods were also consistent.
