分层装配式钢框架-支撑房屋的工程设计

[摘要]以一幢3层预制全装配式结构房屋为切入点,对其主体结构、围护体系和连接节点等关键点进行了设计分析。该项目主体采用钢框架-支撑体系,墙板采用内嵌钢柱外墙板,工程中除楼板叠合层外,梁、柱、外墙、楼梯等部件全部在工厂预制完成,预制率高达95%以上,现场无需搭设脚手架,施工工期短,为装配式结构住宅体系的工程应用提供了有效的参考范例。

Engineering design of layered assembled steel frame bracing house

Abstract:A three-layer prefabricated fully assembly structure house was taken as an example, and design and analysis were conducted on the key points such as the main structure, envelope system and the connection nodes. The main body of the project adopts the steel frame bracing system, and the wallboard adopts external wallboard with embedded steel column inside. The components in the project were all prefabricated in the factory, including beams, columns, external walls and stairs but except floor laminated layer. The prefabricated rate is over 95%. Scaffolding was not needed at the site and construction period is short. The project provides an effective reference example for the project application of assembly structure residential system.
