[摘要]通过对拆装式箱式房屋的底框结构进行竖向分级加载试验,分析了其竖向抗弯刚度和承载力。试验表明:底框结构的冷弯薄壁异形梁刚度较弱,但强度基本满足设计要求。底框梁开洞处截面下翼缘焊接了补强板,保证了截面的强度和梁的整体刚度。为了研究立柱与顶底框连接处的半刚性性能,采用ABAQUS有限元程序建立了立柱与顶底框刚性连接的箱式房屋模型,分析了半刚性连接与刚性连接的差异。结果表明:立柱与顶底框连接的半刚性性能对底框的刚度和承载力的影响较大,分析中应予以考虑。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of the bottom frame structure of removable box house

Abstract:Through the vertical multistage loading test on the bottom frame structure of removable box house, both the vertical flexural rigidity and bearing capacity were analyzed. The experiment shows that the irregular cold-formed thin-walled steel beam of the bottom frame structure has lower stiffness, but the strength satisfies the design requirements basically. The overall rigidity and the section strength are assured by the welded plate at the lower flange of the opening section of bottom frame beam. To study the semi-rigid behavior of the connections between the column and the top and bottom frames, the box house model with rigid connection between the column and the top and bottom frames was established by ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the differences between the semi-rigid connections and the rigid connections. The results show that the effect of semi-rigid performance of connections between the column and the top and bottom frames is great on the stiffness and the bearing capacity of the bottom frame, which should be taken into account in design.
