轻质复合板装配式结构振动台试验研究*

[摘要]通过足尺模型的振动台试验,研究轻质复合板(太空板)装配式结构模型的抗震性能及损伤特征,根据其节点连接特点和传力特性,结合北京地区8度抗震设防要求,分别设计了33个工况,并对相应工况进行试验分析。结果表明,在经历了8度小震、中震、大震后结构出现一定的损伤,但未出现明显扭转;整体结构的最大层间位移角能满足规范要求,同时也能满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震性能目标要求。分析结果可为低层轻质复合结构的推广应用提供技术依据。

Shaking table test study on lightweight composite panel fabricated structure

Abstract:The earthquake resistant behaviors and damage characteristics of the lightweight composite panel (space board) fabricated structure model were studied  through shaking table tests on the full-scale model. According to the joint connection characteristics and force distribution characteristics, 33 working conditions based on the 8 degree of seismic precautionary intensity in Beijing were designed, and test analyses were carried out for corresponding working conditions. Results show that there is certain damage in the structure  under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake of 8 degree of seismic precautionary intensity, but there is no obvious torsion. The maximum interlayer displacement angle of the overall structure can meet code requirements, and the overall structure can meet performance-based seismic design objectives of "not damaged under frequent earthquake, repairable under fortification earthquake and not collapsing under rare earthquake". Analysis results can provide technical basis for widely application of low-rise lightweight composite structure.
