优化建造技术的高层预制装配整体式框架-剪力墙结构设计

[摘要]南通市政务中心北侧停车综合楼地上16层,采用预制装配整体式框架-剪力墙结构体系,其中框架部分采用预制装配建造工艺,剪力墙部分采用现浇施工工艺,围护结构采用轻质复合墙板,整幢建筑在建造过程中实现了无外脚手架、无砌筑、无抹灰的绿色施工。在总结以往类似工程项目在设计、构件制作及现场施工方面的经验和问题后,设计单位在此项目的设计过程中采用了考虑优化建造技术的设计方法和技术措施,在保证结构安全的前提下,实现了装配式建筑设计和建造简单化、标准化、合理化、效益化的目标,简化了施工工序,提高了施工效率,使工程取得了良好的综合效益。该项目的设计技术具有一定创新性。

Structural design for construction technology optimization of high-rise prefabricated assembly type frame-shear wall structure

Abstract:Nantong Government Administration Center has a 16-layer parking comprehensive building on the north side, and the structure adopts the prefabricated assembly type frame-shear wall structure system, in which the frame part adopts the prefabricated assembly construction process, shear wall part adopts the cast-in-place construction process and  the maintenance structure adopts composite wall panels. The whole  construction process is green without scaffold, masonry and plastering. After summarizing the experience and problems in the design, component making and field construction of similar projects in the past, the design company adopted the design method and technical measures based on the construction technology optimization in the design process of the project. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure, the goals of simplification, standardization, rationalization and efficiency were achieved in the design and construction of the assembled building, which simplify the construction process, improve the construction efficiency and lead to good comprehensive benefit. The design techniques of the project are innovative.
