［摘要］以一栋高层剪力墙公寓为工程背景，对装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构的设计方法进行了详细论述。由于国内装配式公共建筑的案例较少，针对装配式公共建筑功能多样、外形丰富、结构复杂、预制构件尺寸大且种类多等特点，从预制构件标准化设计、关键构件连接节点设计、预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板冷热桥分析、预制构件施工过程验算等几个方面进行了深入探索和研究，相关方法与思路可为类似的结构设计提供参考。

Design of prefabricated concrete structure high-rise apartment building

Abstract:Taking a high-rise shear wall apartment building as the engineering background, the design method of the prefabricated monolithic concrete shear wall structure was discussed in detail. Due to few cases of domestic prefabricated public buildings, prefabricated public buildings had characteristics of functional diversity, diverse facade, complex structure, large size and various kinds of prefabricated components. Prefabricated components standardized design, key component connection node design, cold and hot bridge analysis on prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation external wallboard, construction process check of prefabricated components and other aspects were deeply explored and researched, and relevant ideas and methods can provide reference for similar structure designs.
