大直径钢管混凝土柱密实度检测及对接焊缝残余应力消减试验

[摘要]以广州白云国际机场扩建工程为背景,对大直径钢管混凝土柱的浇筑质量及对接焊缝的残余应力进行检测,进行了1∶1的钢管混凝土柱施工模拟试验。试验在钢管混凝土柱内设置空洞、脱粘、不密实三种已知缺陷,采用超声波径向对测法进行密实度检测,验证该检测技术的准确性;同时采用豪克能方法对钢管柱对接焊缝残余应力进行消减及并采用盲孔法进行检测,证明该方法在实际工程中应用的可行性。试验研究结果将为实际工程提供理论依据和技术保障,对类似大直径钢管混凝土柱工程施工质量的检测具有重大的参考价值。

Experiment on compactness detection of large diameter CFST column and residual stress reduction of butt weld

Abstract:Based on Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport expansion project, in order to detect the quality of concrete and residual stress of butt weld of large diameter concrete filled steel tube (CFST) column, construction simulation test on 1:1 CFST column model was carried out.Three known defects, empty holes,poor cementation and lacunas, were set in the CFST column.To verify the accuracy of compactness detection technology, diametrically ultrasonic detecting method was adopted to detect the quality of CFST column. Meanwhile, Haoke Energy forresidual stress reduction and blind hole method were used to detect residual stress of butt weld to prove the feasibility of practical application.The test results will provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the actual construction and have a great reference to compactness detection of large diameter CFST column in similar projects.
