玄武岩编织网复合ECC增强钢筋混凝土圆柱体轴向受压性能研究

[摘要]采用玄武岩纤维编织网对钢筋混凝土圆柱体进行加固,分别考察了环氧树脂、高延性水泥基复合材料(ECC)两种界面粘结剂复合玄武岩纤维编织网及ECC不同复合工艺对钢筋混凝土圆柱体轴压性能的影响。结果表明:玄武岩纤维编织网通过与上述两种界面粘结剂复合均能有效地提高钢筋混凝土圆柱体的极限承载力,提高幅度为40-2%~62%,对圆柱体表面喷射ECC复合玄武岩编织网对钢筋混凝土圆柱体极限承载力提高更为显著,提高幅度达61-7%。最后,通过对两种粘结剂复合玄武岩编织网加固钢筋混凝土圆体体的极限承载力进行计算,提出“极限强度模型”,通过对此模型采用求极值的方式可以有效地对钢筋混凝土圆柱体的极限承载力及其受力过程进行预测。

Axial compression performance study on basalt braided mesh composite ECC reinforced concrete cylinder

Abstract:The reinforced concrete cylinders were reinforced by basalt fiber braided mesh. The effects of two interfacial binders of epoxy resin and high ductile cement matrix composites (ECC) for composite basalt fiber braided mesh on axial compression performance of reinforced concrete cylinder were studied. The effects of different ECC composite technics on axial compression performance of reinforced concrete cylinder were investigated. The results show that the basaltic fiber braided mesh with the combination of the two kinds of interfacial binders can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete cylinders by 40-2%~62%. The ECC composite basalt braided mesh sprayed on the cylinder surface has more significant improvement in the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete cylinders by 61-7%. Finally, by calculating the ultimate bearing capacities of reinforced concrete cylinder reinforced by composite basalt braided mesh with two kinds of binders, the “ultimate strength model” was proposed. By using the method of calculating the extreme value for the model, ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete cylinder and its stress process could be predicted.
