[摘要]设计软件通常采用抗规方法或力学方法计算框架-剪力墙结构中框架部分承担的倾覆力矩,而采用这两种方法得到的计算结果差别较大,因此对结构设计的使用造成一定困扰。从框架-剪力墙结构在水平荷载作用下的力学简图出发,讨论了两种方法的差别,并采用典型框架-剪力墙结构算例对两种方法的计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:抗规方法计算的结果反映了框架-剪力墙结构总框架和总剪力墙的刚度比例关系,力学方法计算的结果除了能反映两者的刚度比例关系外,还与连梁的刚度以及总框架相对于整体结构的位置等因素有关,建议采用抗规方法计算框架-剪力墙结构框架承担的倾覆力矩。

Calculation method and application for overturning moment carried by frame part of frame-shear wall structure

Abstract:Two calculation methods of seismic code method and mechanics method are usually adopted by traditional design software to calculate overturning moment carried by frame part of frame-shear wall structure currently. The results of the two methods are often quite different, which cause some trouble to the structure design. Starting from the mechanical calculation diagram of frame-shear wall structure under horizontal loads, the differences of the two methods were discussed. Typical frame-shear wall structure examples were used for comparative analysis of the two methods. The results show that the calculation results of the seismic code method reflect the stiffness ratio of total frame part and total shear wall part in frame-shear wall structure. The calculation results of the mechanics method can not only reflect the stiffness ratio of total frame part and total shear wall part, but also is related to the limited beams stiffness and the location of the frame part to whole structure. The seismic code method is recommended to calculate overturning moment carried by frame part of frame-shear wall structure.
