新型三维隔震墩与振动台试验研究*

[摘要]在钢筋-沥青复合隔震墩的基础上,研发了一种以竖向圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧为隔震单元的新型三维隔震墩,介绍其构造、工作原理及设计理论,并采用刚体块代替刚度较大的上部砌体结构,通过模拟地震振动台试验研究其在三维振动情况下隔震性能。试验结果表明,该新型三维隔震墩能够同时有效地隔离水平和竖向地震作用,三维隔震效果显著,且其构造简单、价格低廉,适于在广大村镇地区的1~3层砌体结构中使用。

Study on new type three-dimensional seismic isolation pier and shaking table test

Abstract:A new type three-dimensional seismic isolation pier with vertical cylindrical helical compression springs as the isolation unit was developed on the basis of steel rebar-asphalt compound isolation pier. The structure, operating principle and design philosophy of the device were introduced. Through using the rigid mass block in place of upper masonry structure, earthquake simulation shaking table test was conducted to study the isolation performance  of the pier under the condition of three-dimensional vibration. The test results indicate that this kind of new type three-dimensional seismic isolation pier can effectively isolate horizontal and vertical  earthquake actions. In addition,  three-dimensional seismic isolation effect is obvious, its structure is simple  and price is low, which is applicable for one-layer to three-layer masonry structures in the vast rural areas.
