[摘要]地铁车辆基地上盖大型房地产开发作为一种新型建筑形式已被广泛认可与应用,考虑到地铁车辆基地的重要性,将层间隔震技术应用到地铁车辆基地上盖开发设计中,成为提高结构主体抗震性能的有效方法,为地铁车辆基地上盖开发设计提供新的思路和方向。采用ETABS对某具体工程进行了隔震计算,得到隔震支座拉应力、隔震层以上楼层的最小剪重比及抗倾覆力矩等指标均满足规范要求,证明结构方案合理,隔震效果明显。

Application of interlayer seismic isolation in upper cover development above metro vehicle base

Abstract:Large-scale real estate development in the upper cover development of the metro vehicle base is a new type of building form that has been widely recognized and applied. Considering the importance of metro vehicle base, the application of the interlayer isolation technology to the development and design of the upper cover above metro vehicle base has become an effective method to improve the seismic performance of the main structure. This provides a new idea and direction for upper cover development above the metro vehicle base. ETABS software was used to conduct seismic isolation calculation on the specific project to obtain tensile stress of isolation bearing, the minimum shear weight ratio of layers above isolation layer and anti-overturning moment. These indicators all meet code requirements. The results show that the structural scheme is reasonable and the isolation effect is obvious.
