变性能黏滞阻尼器隔震结构体系抗风与隔震分析*

[摘要]高风压、高烈度地区的高层建筑隔震设计时存在隔震层抗风需求与减震效果难以协调的问题,且罕遇地震作用下隔震层位移过大需进行限制,为此,提出在隔震层中增设变性能黏滞阻尼器形成组合隔震体系,利用变性能黏滞阻尼器的分段式性能分别控制风、地震作用下结构响应。介绍了变性能黏滞阻尼器隔震体系的构造、作用机理、设计流程,并以某29层框剪结构为例进行了隔震设计分析。结果表明,变性能黏滞阻尼器隔震体系具有良好的耗能能力和隔震层限位效果,能够同时兼顾高层隔震结构抗风与减震需求,在高风压、高烈度地区的高层隔震建筑中有较好的工程应用价值。

Wind resistant and seismic isolation analysis of isolated structure incorporated with segmented-performance viscous damper

Abstract:In the isolation design of high-rise building in area with high wind pressure and high seismic fortification intensity, there is a problem that the wind resistant and energy dissipation effect of isolation layer cannot coordinate, and the too large displacement of the isolation layer under the rare earthquake should be limited. It was proposed to set segmented-performance viscous damper in the isolation layer to form a composite isolation system, and the structural responses under the wind and earthquake actions were controlled by the segmented performance of the segmented-performance viscous damper. The structure, action mechanism and design flow of segmented-performance viscous damper were introduced, and isolation design and analysis were conducted on a 29-layer frame-shear wall structure as an example. The results show that the isolation system of segmented-performance viscous damper has good energy dissipation capacity and good displacement limit effect of the isolation layer. The system can take into account the wind resistant and energy dissipation needs of the high-rise isolation structure and it has good engineering application value in high-rise isolation building in area with high wind pressure and high seismic fortification intensity.
