屈曲约束支撑在底部框架-抗震墙砌体结构抗震加固中的应用研究*

[摘要]底部框架-抗震墙砌体结构(底框结构)底层钢筋混凝土框架与上部砌体墙之间刚度差异较大,底层钢筋混凝土框架在地震中易发生破坏。针对底框结构抗震性能较差的缺点,采用屈曲约束支撑对某幢底框结构房屋进行抗震加固,建立设置屈曲约束支撑的底框结构计算模型,应用反应谱及时程分析方法对该结构进行计算分析。结果表明,设置屈曲约束支撑能够有效减小底框结构刚度差异,降低结构地震响应,提高底框结构抗震性能;采用屈曲约束支撑加固方案具有施工简单、周期短等优点,可供底框结构抗震加固时参考使用。

Application study of buckling restrained braces in seismic strengthening of multi-story masonry buildings with RC frames on ground floors

Abstract:For multi-story masonry buildings with RC frames on ground floors (bottom frame structure), the stiffness difference between the bottom reinforced concrete frame and the upper masonry wall is great, so the bottom reinforced concrete frame is prone to damage in the earthquake. In view of the poor seismic performance of the bottom frame structure, buckling restrained braces were used for seismic strengthening of a bottom frame structure. The calculation model of the bottom frame structure with buckling restrained braces was established, and this structure was calculated and analyzed by using the response spectrum and time-history analysis methods. The result shows that setting the buckling restrained braces can effectively reduce stiffness difference in bottom frame structure, reduce the seismic response of the structure and improve seismic performance of bottom frame structure. Buckling restrained brace reinforcement scheme has the advantages of simple construction and short period, which can be used for reference in the seismic strengthening of bottom frame structure.
