新型单边全螺栓节点与普通全螺栓节点抗震性能研究*

[摘要]采用新型单边全螺栓连接的方形钢管柱与H型钢梁节点具有抗震性能好、安装方便的优点。设计两个节点试件:采用普通全螺栓连接的H型钢柱与H型钢梁节点及采用新型单边全螺栓连接的H型钢柱与H型钢梁节点。通过对两组试件进行低周反复试验,对比研究新型单边全螺栓节点与普通全螺栓节点的破坏形态以及承载力、滞回性能、延性、耗能能力、刚度退化等抗震性能的异同,结果表明:两组试件在破坏形态以及以上所有抗震性能方面基本接近,说明采用本课题组提出的新型单边全螺栓连接在研究方面可采用普通全螺栓连接的相关方法和理论。

Seismic performance study on joints with new type of unilateral all-bolt connection and ordinary all-bolt connection

Abstract:The joint of  square steel tube column and H-typed steel beam with the new type of unilateral all-bolt connection has the advantages of good seismic performance and convenient installation. Two joints were designed, including the joint  of H-typed steel column and H-typed steel beam with ordinary all-bolt connection, and the joint of H-typed steel column and H-typed steel beam with  new type of unilateral all-bolt connection. Low cyclic loading tests were conducted on the two specimens to compare the similarities and differences of performances of the joint with ordinary all-bolt connection and the joint with new type of unilateral all-bolt connection, including failure mode, bearing capacity, hysteretic behavior, ductility, energy dissipation and stiffness degeneration. The results show that  two groups of specimens have the basically close performances in failure mode and all of the above seismic performances. It indicates that the research on proposed new type of unilateral all-bolt connection can adopt related method and theory for ordinary all-bolt connection.
