单片预制圆孔板剪力墙抗震性能试验

[摘要]进行了4个设置现浇边缘构件的单片预制圆孔板剪力墙试件在轴压力和往复水平力作用下的试验研究,结果显示:试件墙体与基础梁连接处开裂,边缘构件几乎沿全高出现水平裂缝,预制墙布满了斜裂缝,预制墙与边缘构件交界面开裂。进一步分析可知,试件的破坏形态为弯剪破坏。试件名义屈服前,底截面竖向钢筋应变分布基本符合平截面假定,各试件耗能能力接近,位移延性系数大于5,极限位移角大于1/100。试件可等效为实墙,按现行规范计算其承载力。试验结果表明,设置现浇边缘构件的预制圆孔板剪力墙可以作为房屋建筑的抗震结构构件。

Tests on seismic behavior of single piece prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear wall specimens

Abstract:Quasi-static tests of four specimens of single piece prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear wall with cast-in-situ boundary elements were performed to investigate its seismic behavior. The test results indicate that horizontal cracks run through the interface between the wall and the base beam and appear along the overall height of the boundary elements. Diagonal cracks appear on the whole prefabricated wall and vertical cracks run through the interface between the boundary element and the prefabricated wall. The specimens fail in the mode of bending-shear. Before the nominal yield, the strain distribution of the vertical reinforcements at the bottom of the wall satisfies the plan assumption and the energy dissipation capacity of the four specimens is approximately the same. The displacement ductility is larger than 5 and the ultimate drift ratio is greater than 1/100. The hollow-core shear wall specimen can be equalized to the solid wall and its load-carrying capacity can be calculated by the current codes. It is concluded that the prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear walls with cast-in-situ boundary elements are suited to resist earthquakes for buildings.
