建筑结构荷载取值水准比较研究与规范修订建议

[摘要]回顾总结了中国荷载规范中活荷载、风荷载及雪荷载的形成和演变过程,比较研究了中国(GB 50009—2012)、美国(ASCE 7)和欧洲(EN 1991\|1\|1)荷载规范的取值标准,表明我国荷载规范的取值水准与国外先进国家标准基本相当,我国荷载规范中人员可能聚集的公共建筑活荷载取值偏低,且缺少对楼面集中力活荷载校核的规定。建议部分公共建筑类楼面活荷载增加0-5kN/m2,补充部分楼面集中力活荷载,将风荷载及雪荷载的平均重现期由50年提高到100年,以提升我国的荷载水准,并与国际标准接轨。

Comparing on load level for building structures and recommendations for revision of Chinese load code

Abstract:The development and update of live load, snow load and wind load in Chinese Load code for design of building structures are reviewed briefly. Characteristic values of live load and mean return period of basic snow and wind load from China (GB 50009—2012),USA (ASCE 7) and Europe (EN 1991\|1\|1) were compared and studied. It is indicated that values of variable load in Chinese load code is located in the comparative level with USA and Eurocode. Some live loads for public used buildings where people may assembly are lower, and there is no provision for concentrated live loads in Chinese load code. To raise the level of load values and to approach international advanced code, it is recommended that live load for public used areas shall be increased about 0-5kN/m2, concentrated live load shall be added for some floors, and the mean return period for basic snow and wind load shall be changed from 50 years to 100 years.
