桩基础变刚度调平设计研究进展

摘 要

[摘要]通过对桩基础变刚度调平设计现有研究成果的分析,指出了针对高层建筑按常规理念设计的桩基础容易出现超出规范限值的碟形差异沉降,进而引起上部结构产生较大次生应力的现象。总结了产生碟形差异沉降的两个主要原因:一是上部荷载的明显不均匀分布;二是桩-土之间的相互作用。同时对目前研究最多的基础优化设计方法(桩基础变刚度调平设计)及其工程设计实践进行了详细论述。最后总结了桩基础变刚度调平的设计原则、步骤及其各自适用的范围。

Review of variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of pile foundation

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing research results of variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of pile foundation, it pointed out that the pile foundation designed according to the conventional concept of high-rise building was prone to appear disk-shape variant settlement exceeding the specification limit, which caused the phenomenon of large secondary stress of upper structure. It summarized the two main reasons that led to disk-shape variant settlement: one was the obvious uneven distribution of the upper load and the other was the interaction between pile and soil. At the same time, the current most researched foundation optimization design method (pile foundation variable rigidity design method for balance settlement) and its engineering design practice were discussed in detail. Finally, the design principles, processes and applicable ranges of variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of pile foundation were summarized.
