风力发电塔岩石锚杆基础设计方法研究

[摘要]对于山地风电场,基岩埋深很浅,采用传统的钢筋混凝土扩展基础,需要通过爆破进行基坑开挖,难度很大,对山区环境造成破坏。采用岩石锚杆基础,可以利用基岩的高承载力,有效减小基础尺寸和埋深,节省投资。根据现行规范中已有锚杆计算方法,针对风力发电塔岩石锚杆基础受力特点,研究和归纳了锚杆拉力、抗拔承载力以及疲劳寿命的计算方法,并给出了各项关键参数的取值,为今后的实际应用提供了参考依据。

Study on the design method of rock bolt foundation for wind turbine

Abstract:For wind farms in mountain areas,if the reinforced concrete spread foundation was applied,its deep foundation pit usually needs to be excavated by blasting because of the shallow rock. Therefore,it is difficult to be constructed and may have destructive changes to the environment. However,the high bearing capacity of bedrock can be taken full use by rock bolt foundation,the size and embedding depth of the foundation will be decreased. As a result,it can save the construction cost. According to the calculation method in current design specifications,the calculation method of  bolt tension,uplift bearing capacity and fatigue life was studied and summarized by taking into account the mechanical characteristics of wind turbine rock bolt foundation, and the values of the key parameters were also given. The proposed method can provide the reference for the application of the rock bolt foundation in future.
