[摘要]为了研究水灰比、砂率和矿物掺合料对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的影响,对一系列混凝土试块进行了干湿循环后的轴压试验,分析了不同次数干湿循环下试块抗压强度和质量变化规律。结果表明:砂率对硫酸盐环境下混凝土质量变化及抗压强度影响很小;水灰比越小,抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力越强; 掺加矿物掺合料能明显改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。

Study on resistance sulfate corrosion of high performance concrete

Abstract:A series of concrete block subjected to axial loading after dry-wet cycle were tested to investigate the effects of water-cement ratio, sand ratio and mineral admixture on the resistance sulfate corrosion of concrete. Change rule of compressive strength and mass were analyzed under the dry-wet circulation with different times. The analysis results show that the effect of sand ratio concrete in sulfate environment can be ignored for mass change and compressive strength change. The smaller the water-cement ratio is, the stronger the sulfate attacks resistance. The mineral admixtures can obviously improve the resistance sulfate performance of the concrete.
