配置600MPa钢筋有粘结部分预应力混凝土梁抗弯性能研究*

摘 要

[摘要]对5根配置600MPa钢筋有粘结部分预应力混凝土梁进行静力加载试验,对试验梁的受弯承载力、混凝土应变、裂缝分布及延性等进行了分析,研究了混凝土强度及非预应力钢筋配筋率对试验梁抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:试验梁达到受弯极限状态时,尽管钢绞线未屈服,但600MPa钢筋可屈服,且梁的破坏仍具有一定的延性;试验梁跨中截面混凝土应变基本符合平截面假定,极限承载力可按照桥涵设计规范中抗弯理论公式计算;提出600MPa钢筋在预应力混凝土梁中抗拉强度设计值取500MPa,为600MPa钢筋在预应力混凝土结构中的应用提供参考依据。

Study on flexural behavior of bonded partially pre-stressed concrete beams with 600MPa reinforced bars

Abstract:A static loading test was conducted on five bonded partially pre-stressed concrete beams with 600MPa reinforced bars. The flexural strength, concrete strain, crack distribution and ductility of test beams were analyzed, and influences of concrete strength and the non-pre-stressed reinforcement ratio on the flexural properties of test beams were studied. The results show that although the steel strand does not yield, 600MPa reinforced bars can yield and the failure of the beams still has a certain degree of ductility when the test beam reaches the flexural ultimate state. The concrete strain of cross section of test beam basically obeys the plain section assumption and ultimate bearing capacity cab be calculated according to the theoretical flexural formula in bridge design specifications. It′s suggested that design tensile strength value of 600MPa reinforced bar in pre-stressed concrete beams is 500MPa, which provides the reference for the application of 600MPa reinforced bar in pre-stressed concrete structures.
