[摘要]中庭环廊作为商场内的重要交通枢纽,在结构设计时其安全性应得到重视。但由于空间及功能要求,竖向构件布置受限,楼盖常采用悬挑及大跨度梁的布置形式,造成楼盖结构竖向刚度较弱,人群荷载作用下易产生振动,在实际设计中常忽视对其舒适度的考察。采用MIDAS/Gen软件对3个商场中庭环廊模型进行了变形、特征值及时程分析等计算,提取了挠度、自振频率及峰值加速度等分析数据进行讨论。结论表明,商场中庭悬挑环廊自振频率低,采用挠度控制不能保证其舒适度,应对其进行时程加速度验算,并应结合人对加速度的敏感程度对结构设计进行评估。

Serviceability analysis and evaluation on cantilever ring corridors of commercial atriums

Abstract:The atrium ring corridor is an important transportation hub of the mall, so its security should be paid more attention to in structural design. However, because of the space and function requirements, the arrangement of vertical components limits floor design, so this kind of floor often adopts arrangement forms of cantilever and large-span beam. It weakens vertical stiffness of the floor, which is easy to cause floor vibration under walking load. But investigation on the serviceability is often ignored in the design all the time. MIDAS/Gen software was used to calculated deformation, frequency and time-history analysis on three atrium ring corridor models in malls. Analysis data were selected and discussed including deflection, natural frequency and peak acceleration. Results indicate that atrium cantilever ring corridors in malls have low vibration frequencies. Deflection control cannot guarantee its serviceability, so the acceleration time-history analysis should be conducted, and the human sensitive degree also should be combined in evaluating structural design.
