酸雨环境下方钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压力学性能试验研究*

[摘要]设计了16根方钢管混凝土短柱试件,对不同截面尺寸、核心混凝土骨料类型、酸雨腐蚀率的试件进行轴压试验,并对酸雨环境下不同腐蚀程度的方钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱的延性、荷载-纵向应变、组合弹性模量、损伤分析以及承载力验算进行了分析。试验结果表明:酸雨环境下方钢管普通混凝土短柱和方钢管再生混凝土短柱有相似的破坏形态。随着腐蚀程度的加深,方钢管普通混凝土轴压短柱和方钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱后期延性变差,腐蚀程度越深,后期延性下降越大,组合弹性模量下降越明显,试件损伤越严重,承载力下降越大。酸雨环境下的钢管混凝土构件可近似看作均匀腐蚀,采用折减壁厚的方法对钢管混凝土短柱承载力进行验算,结果与试验数据吻合度高。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of the recycled concrete filled steel square tube short column under acid rain environment

Abstract:Sixteen specimens were made to study the axial compression loads on the recycled concrete filled steel square tube short column(RCFSTSC)under acid rain corrosion with different parameters including section size, core concrete aggregate type and acid rain corrosion ratio. The ductility,axial load-strain curve, composite elastic degeneration, damage accumulation and the bearing capacity of specimens under different corrosion degree were analyzed. The results show that the failure pattern of the  concrete filled steet square tube short column(CFSTSC) under acid rain corrosion is similar to the RCFSTSC  under acid rain corrosion. With the depending of corrosion, the ductility and the bearing capacity of the CFSTSC and the RCFSTSC are getting worse, the composite elastic of specimen descended and the damage degree are growing worse. The corrosion of specimens under acid rain can be approximately regarded as uniform corrosion. The method of reducing thickness of the wall was used to calculate the bearing capacity of the concrete filled steel tube short column, the results show high agreement with the experimental data.
