矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-剪力墙结构体系住宅设计

摘 要

[摘要]矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-支撑结构体系对风荷载比较敏感,不宜用于80m以上的高层建筑中。沧州福康家园项目25,26层钢结构住宅高度约为80m,采用矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-剪力墙体系,其中4号楼结构高度达76-4m,该结构为目前采用异形柱技术的最高建筑。以4号楼为例,通过有限元软件对其进行设计计算,结果表明各项指标均满足各规范要求。通过静力弹塑性分析可知,矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-剪力墙体系在罕遇地震作用下的破坏机制合理,具有较好的抗震性能,满足相应规范要求。由此可知,新体系具有良好的建筑效果,抗震性能良好,在高层住宅领域应用前景广阔。

Structural design of new SCFRT frame-shear wall residential buildings

Abstract:Special-shaped concrete filled rectangular steel tubular(SCFRT)frame-brace system is sensitive to the wind load,it is not suitable for the building above 80 meters tall. The 

 steel structure residential buildings with 25, 26 layers of Fukang project about 80 meters adopts the SCFRT frame-shear wall system. The height of 4th tower is 76-4 meters, which is the highest building adopted special-shaped column technology. The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the structure performance of 4th tower. The results show that all indexes meet the code requirements. Through the static elasto\|plastic analysis, the SCFRT frame-shear wall system reflects reasonable damage mechanism and has excellent seismic performance as well as meets the code requirements. The new system has broad prospect with great architectural effect and seismic performance.
