[摘要]兰州新区综合保税区综合服务楼项目的连廊结构体型较大且造型复杂,结构总长约146m,最大跨度为67-8m,选用了钢管桁架结构体系。应用3D3S,MIDAS/Gen,ANSYS Workbench软件对结构进行了常规受力分析、大震作用下结构的弹塑性动力时程分析、关键节点的有限元分析。结果表明,桁架杆件控制工况为风荷载和温度荷载参与的组合;柱是地震作用下结构的关键构件,设计中按中震弹性设计;结构承载力及变形均满足规范的要求。

Structural design on corridor structure of synthetic service building in Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Abstract:The corridor structure in the project of synthetic service building in Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone has large size and complicated shape. The total structural length is 146m and the largest span length is 67-8m. The steel pipe truss structural system is adopted. Programs of 3D3S, MIDAS/Gen and ANSYS Workbench were used to conduct the normal mechanical analysis, the elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake, and the finite element analysis of the key nodes. Results show that the control working condition of truss member is the combination of wind loads and temperature loads. The column is the key component of the structure under the earthquake action and column should be designed in accordance with the elastic seismic design under fortification earthquake. The bearing capacity and deformation of the structure meet requirements of the codes.
