银川德丰大厦结构设计

[摘要]银川德丰大厦建筑高度210m,属超B级高度高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土叠合柱框架-核心筒结构体系。针对项目特点和超限情况,确定了合理的结构抗震性能目标,选择了合理的地震动参数,进行了小震、中震、大震下的各项计算分析,特别是中震不屈服下核心筒墙肢拉应力计算和中震、大震弹塑性变形计算。采取消能减震措施,用防屈曲耗能支撑(BRB)作为桁架斜腹杆参与耗能,起到“保险丝”的作用;针对各阶段分析结果,提出了有针对性的抗震加强措施,可为8度区同类超限高层结构设计提供参考。

Structural design of Defeng Building in Yinchuan

Abstract:Defeng Building in Yinchuan is a 210m high super-tall building that exceeds height requirement of B category high-rise building, and it adopts steel tube concrete composite column frame-corewall structural system. Considering project characteristics and out-of-code conditions, the reasonable seismic performance objectives were determined and reasonable seismic motion parameters were selected. And various calculations and analyses under frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes were carried out. Particularly, the tensile stress of wall\|column of corewall was calculated under performance goal of non-yielding under fortification earthquake, and the elastic-plastic deformation calculations under fortification and rare earthquakes were carried out. Energy dissipation measures were taken and the buckling restrained braces were used as truss diagonal web member to contribute to energy dissipation, which act as a fuse. Specific strengthening measures were proposed according to the analyses results of different stages. The study can provide reference to the structural design of similar out-of-code high-rise buildings in the regions with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degree.
