[摘要]南京青奥中心超高层酒店塔楼结构高度224m,为B级高度超限高层,采用了密柱框架-核心筒体系。外围框架柱从17层开始设计为斜柱,底部剪力墙中配置了型钢。简要介绍了该工程的结构体系,并对弹性计算结果进行了分析。结构整体及构件设计采用性能化设计,主要抗侧力构件满足中震不屈服,并对结构关键构件进行了对比分析。

Elastic analysis for structure of super high-rise hotel tower building of Nanjing YOC

Abstract:Super high-rise hotel tower building of Nanjing YOC is a 224m-high out-of-code building of B-level height required in code. The structural system is dense-column frame-corewall structure. Inclined columns are used in the periphery from 17th floor to the over stories. Section steel is set in shear wall at the bottom stories. The structural system was introduced briefly and elastic calculation results were analyzed. The performance-based seismic design principle and method were applied in the overall structure and member design. The principal lateral resistant members meet non-yielding requirement under fortification earthquake. The key members of the structure were analyzed comparatively.
