沈阳宝能金融中心超大截面矩形钢管混凝土柱结构设计

[摘要]以沈阳宝能金融中心T1塔楼项目为背景,讨论了超大截面矩形钢管混凝土柱的设计方法与关键技术。通过对比分析超大截面矩形钢管混凝土柱和型钢混凝土柱的力学性能,并综合考虑防火性、施工可行性以及经济性等因素,论述了本项目巨型柱截面选型的依据。创新采用钢管内置传力构件的设计方法解决了钢管与混凝土的共同工作问题;创新采用T形加劲肋的设计方法解决了大宽厚比钢管壁的局部屈曲问题,保证了结构安全度且经济效益显著。相关技术措施完善了超大截面矩形钢管混凝土柱的设计方法,所得结论对其他超高层建筑巨型钢管混凝土柱设计具有较好的借鉴作用。

Structural design on super-large concrete-filled rectangular steel tube columns of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub

Abstract:Based on the case study of T1 tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub, the design methods and key techniques of super-large concrete-filled rectangular steel tube columns were put forward. The selection procedure of column-sections for this project was discussed, which takes the mechanical property, fire resistance performance, construction feasibility and economic efficiency into consideration. The cooperative performance of steel tube and concrete was ensured by adopting built\|in transmitting force components. The capacity of anti-buckling of the steel tube with large width\|to\|thickness ratio was improved remarkably due to the existence of the T-shaped stiffener. Through the measures proposed above, the safety of the structure was ensured with obvious economy benefit. The specific problems discussed would contribute to the structural design of super-large concrete-filled rectangular steel tube columns, and could provide good references for the design and construction of similar projects as well.
