世博轴索膜结构选型与结构设计研究

[摘要]上海世博轴索膜结构的设计经历了多种方案的比选。以世博轴特大型张拉索膜结构的设计过程为主线,采用非线性有限元方法对该项目各种方案的结构响应进行计算,分析比较了4个不同方案的结构受力和变形特征。在参考国内外相关规范的基础上,对安全系数取值、位移控制标准、等效风荷载取值问题做了深入探讨,总结出一套合理的设计方法。将非稳态计算得到的风荷载时程通过插值直接加载到有限元模型上进行动力时程分析,获得等效静力风荷载。

Structural form selection and design of cable-membrane structure for EXPO Axis

Abstract:Taking the design process of EXPO Axis cable-membrane structure as clue, the mechanical evolution and scheme development were discussed for the membrane structure. Various schemes had been proposed along with the analysis of structural response using nonlinear finite elements. Based on worldwide specifications, codes and papers, the value of safety factor, the controlling standard of displacement and the equivalent static wind load were discussed. By interpolating, the wind loads from CFD simulation were directly acted on the FEM nodes to calculate the dynamic responses in time domain.
