[摘要]对3D打印建筑材料层间粘结性能进行了测试,包括3个3D打印试件的粘结抗拉强度试验和3个3D打印试件的粘结剪切强度试验。着重分析了3D打印建筑材料层间粘结的破坏模式、破坏过程与破坏形态。分析结果表明,3D打印建筑材料存在层间粘结薄弱层,破坏时均发生在粘结层部位,其轴心抗拉强度为0-74N/mm2;剪切强度测试时未发生剪切破坏,得到试件破坏时的弯曲抗拉强度平均值为0-88N/mm2。

Experimental study on interlayer bonding property of 3D print building material

Abstract:Interlayer bonding property of 3D print building material was tested, including 3 bonding tensile strength tests on 3D print specimens and 3 bonding shear strength tests on 3D print specimens. The failure modes, processes and forms of interlayer bonding property of 3D print building materials were emphatically analyzed. Analysis results indicate that there are interlayer bonding weak layers in the 3D print building materials, and specimen failure occurs in the bonding layer part with average axial tensile strength of 0-74N/mm2. The shear failure does not occur in shear strength test and average bending tensile strength of 3D print building materials is 0-88N/mm2 when specimen is failed.
