膨胀混凝土早期应变现场监测及结果分析*

[摘要]为防止膨胀混凝土结构在温度及混凝土收缩应力作用下产生裂缝,需掌握膨胀混凝土早期内部应变的变化规律。通过对实际工程膨胀混凝土后浇带进行现场监测,研究了不同位置测点的温度及膨胀剂添加对楼板应变的影响。测试结果表明,在超长结构的楼板内中添加一定比例的UEA膨胀剂,能有效减小结构因材料收缩及温度作用等因素引起的变形,防止混凝土结构开裂;对膨胀混凝土结构的早期应变实时监测的方法,可及时调整养护方案,调节混凝土内部应变变化,达到控制混凝土裂缝产生的目的。

Site monitoring and result analysis of early strain of expansive concrete

Abstract:In order to prevent the crack in expansive concrete structure under the action of temperature and concrete shrinkage stress, it is necessary to know the change rule of the internal strain of expansive concrete at early age. The effects of the temperature of different measuring points and the addition of expansive agent on the strain of the concrete slab were studied by on site monitoring on expansive concrete post-pouring strip in practical engineering. The test results show that adding a certain proportion of UEA expansion agent in the super-long structure floor can effectively reduce the structural deformation caused by material shrinkage and temperature effects and other factors, to prevent the crack of concrete structure. Method of real time monitoring on early strain of expansive concrete structure can adjust the maintenance plan in time and adjust the internal strain changes of concrete to achieve the purpose of controlling concrete cracks.
