水胶比和粉煤灰取代率对混凝土强度的影响分析*

[摘要]通过以C30为设计强度,利用均匀设计法制定了20组试验方案,研究华能福州电厂Ⅰ级粉煤灰取代率的变化和水胶比(W/B)变化之间的关联度,找出其对混凝土和易性及抗压强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:随着粉煤灰取代率的增加,混凝土的流动性逐渐提高,而抗压强度呈逐渐降低趋势;随着水胶比减小,其抗压强度随之增加;粉煤灰取代率为30%、水胶比为0-45时,混凝土28d龄期的抗压强度达到32-7MPa,其和易性也满足要求。

Influence analysis of water\|cement ratio and fly ash replacement rate on concrete strength

Abstract:By using C30 as the design strength, 20 groups of test plans in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant were designed by using the uniform design method to study the correlation degree between the  change of grade-I fly ash replacement rate and water-cement ratio (W/B). The influence laws on concrete workability and compressive strength were also studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of fly ash replacement rate, the fluidity of concrete gradually increases, while the compressive strength of concrete decreases gradually. With the decrease of water-cement ratio, the compressive strength of concrete increases. When water-cement ratio is 0-45 and the fly ash replacement rate is 30%, the compressive strength of concrete reaches 32-7MPa at 28d, and its workability also satisfies requirements.
