周口市广播电视发射塔结构设计关键问题分析

[摘要]周口市广播电视发射塔为一座以广播电视信号发射为主,同时具有观光旅游、餐饮、会展等综合服务的多功能钢结构电视塔,塔总高度286m,为全钢结构。塔身结构体系由巨型空间桁架柱和空间桁架梁组成。介绍了该结构风荷载的计算和设防烈度地震作用下的谱分析。分析结果表明,该结构满足中震弹性的性能指标,风荷载为结构控制荷载。计算了温度效应对高耸结构的影响,并提出了采用井道柱外露及内部设置竖向伸缩节点的层间柱体系的温度效应处理措施。最后介绍了塔楼旋转平台的设计要点和处理措施。本工程的设计方法和处理措施可以作为同类型高耸结构设计的参考。

Analysis of key problems in structural design of Zhoukou Radio and Television Transmission Tower

Abstract:Zhoukou Radio and Television Transmission Tower is a multifunction steel structure tower, with the main function of radio and television broadcasting, as well as functions of sightseeing, food and beverage, and exhibition, etc. The    total height of whole steel structure is 286 meters. The structural system of the tower consists of mega spatial truss column and mega spatial truss beam. The calculation of wind load on the structure was introduced as well as earthquake spectrum analysis under fortification earthquake. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the requirement of performance indices under fortification earthquake and wind load is the controlling load. The impact of temperature effect on the high-rise structure was calculated. The temperature effect treatment measures of the inter-story column system were proposed including the exposure of the wellhole column and set of the vertical expansion joints inside the structure. Finally, the key design points and treatment measures of tower building′s rotating platform were introduced. The design method and treatment measures in this project can be used as reference for the structural design of the same type of high-rise structures.
