某高层“百年住宅”结构设计

[摘要]北京市某高层住宅小区设计使用年限100年,主体结构采用剪力墙结构体系。针对该住宅设计使用年限100年的关键问题,从“百年住宅”结构设计技术体系出发,从结构布置、结构安全、主体耐久等方面,对地震作用、荷载取值、结构重要性系数、混凝土耐久性、钢筋保护层厚度等方面进行了设计探讨。得出如下结论:地震作用可通过确定设计使用年限100年相同超越概率的地震动参数来确定;楼、屋面活荷载及基本风压、基本雪压取值均应针对100年设计使用年限进行相应调整;同时应加强结构使用阶段的维护与检修,以保证结构的100年耐久性。

Structural design of a 100-year-old high-rise residential building

Abstract:A high-rise residential district located in Beijing has  design working life  of 100 years and the main structure adopts shear wall structural system. Aiming at the key problem of  design working life  of 100 years, the structural design technological system of the 100-year-old high-rise residential building was analyzed from perspectives of the structural layout, safety and the durability, as well as earthquake action, load value, importance factor of structure, concrete durability and concrete cover thickness. Conclusions are that the earthquake action can be determined by determining the ground motion parameters with the same surmount probability of  design working life  of 100 years; live loads of floor and roof, and the basic wind pressure and the basic snow pressure values should be adjusted correspondingly to  design working life  of 100 years. Maintenance and inspection in structural use phase should be strengthened to ensure the 100 years of durability of the structure.
