大连港西区C03-3地块异形平面超高层住宅结构设计

[摘要]大连港西区C03-3地块超高层住宅1#楼为一栋三个单元转角拼接建筑,结构体系为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。详细介绍超限设计的主要内容,分析异形平面剪力墙结构在地震作用下的受力特点,针对因偏心导致扭转效应明显问题提出相应的措施,对处于薄弱部位的转角及细腰处楼板进行加强,关注不同方向地震作用下受拉剪力墙位置变化并进行性能设计。结构抗震性能设计结果表明结构可以满足预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of super high-rise residential building with special plane of No.C03-3 Plot in Gangxi District of Dalian

Abstract:The super high\|rise building 1# of No.C03-3 Plot in Gangxi District of Dalian is joined by three units at corners, and it adopts RC shear wall structure. The main content of the out-of-code design was introduced in detail. The mechanical features of the shear wall structure with special plane under earthquake action were analyzed. The corresponding measures were put forward to tackle obvious torsion effect caused by eccentricity. The floors in the corner of weak parts and at the waist parts were reinforced. Changes of position of tensile shear walls under different earthquake actions were concerned and relevant performance-based seismic design was carried out. The results of performance-based seismic design of the structure show that the structure can meet the expected seismic performance objectives.
