安信金融大厦结构设计若干问题研究

[摘要]安信金融大厦为超B级高度的复杂高层建筑,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架(带柱转换)-两端边筒结构体系,两端的筒体平面尺度和竖向布置不对称,抗侧刚度明显不均匀;主要柱网均设置了19-6m跨度的托柱转换桁架;较多楼层设置了大面积的楼板开洞,属于特别不规则建筑。基于性能的抗震设计方法,结合项目具体的超限情况,深入研究结构在竖向荷载、地震、风荷载作用下的受力性能,对结构可能的薄弱环节或部位进行重点分析,采取了设置伸臂桁架、跨层支撑、型钢混凝土构件、提高转换层楼板和剪力墙的配筋率等加强措施,保证了结构安全。

Study on several problems in structural design of Anxin Financial Building

Abstract:Anxin Financial Building is a complex high-rise building that exceeds B-level height requirement of the code. It adopts cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame-two side tubes structural system and the plane dimensions and vertical layouts of the two tubes at two sides are asymmetrical, and the lateral resistant stiffness is obviously not well-distributed. The 19-6m-span transfer trusses to support columns are set in all main column grids. Large slab openings are adopted in many floors. In conclusion, the building is a highly irregular structure. Combining with specific out-of-code conditions of the project, performance-based seismic design method was used to study the mechanical performances of the building in depth under vertical load, earthquake and wind load actions. The possible weak parts or members of the structure were also analyzed emphatically. Several reliable reinforcement measures were proposed to ensure the structure safety, such as setting the cantilever truss, cross-layer brace, steel reinforced concrete components, and increasing the reinforcement ratio of transfer slab and shear wall.
