中国建筑千米级摩天大楼基础设计与研究*

[摘要]中国建筑千米级摩天大楼高度为1180m,抗侧力体系采用巨型组合结构体系。针对本工程的特点进行基础方案比选,根据比选结果最终采用筏板基础,主楼下筏板厚度为10m,并设抗拔锚杆解决纯地下室区域抗浮问题。对基础沉降问题,采用了YJK软件进行有限元计算并考虑上部结构刚度的影响。计算结果表明,由于天然地基为低压缩性硬质岩,结构整体沉降很小,可忽略主楼与纯地下室间沉降差的影响,筏板基础可不设沉降缝。同时对超高层建筑及中国建筑千米级摩天大楼的基础埋置深度问题进行了探讨。

Design and research on foundation of the 1 000m-high high skyscraper of CSCEC

Abstract:Mega composite structural system is adopted  to resist lateral forces in the 1 000m-high skyscraper of CSCEC with the height of 1 180m. Foundation scheme selection and comparison were conducted according to the characteristics of this project. Raft foundation was used through the scheme comparison results. The raft thickness under the main building is 10m, and the uplift anchors were set in partial basement area as an anti-floating design measure. The YJK software was used to conduct finite element calculation on foundation settlement issue considering the impact of the superstructure stiffness. The calculation results show that because the natural foundation is hard rock of low compressibility, the overall structural settlement is negligible and the settlement difference between the main building and pure basement can be neglected. Raft foundation can be without settlement joints. At the same time, the embedded depth of foundation of super high-rise building and 1 000m-high skyscraper of CSCEC were discussed.
