中国建筑千米级摩天大楼结构设计与研究*

[摘要]中国建筑千米级摩天大楼超限高层建筑高度1 180m,采用由3个周边单塔+中央交通核每100m通过2层共15m高的连接平台刚性连接而成的巨型组合结构体系。4个单体均采用圆形钢管混凝土柱+钢框架梁+外包钢板剪力墙结构体系,在连接平台楼层周边单塔设置伸臂桁架和腰桁架,单塔沿弧形长度方向设置两道巨型X形支撑。系统介绍了该项目的结构体系及布置、地基基础设计、地震作用和风荷载的确定方法和原则、抗震设防性能化目标;通过不同程序计算,对结构整体计算结果进行分析,对外包钢板剪力墙进行详细研究,关键节点进行有限元模拟。研究表明,体系选择合理,工程各项计算指标比较理想,结构满足性能化设计的要求。

Structural design and research on the 1 000m-high skyscraper of CSCEC

Abstract:The 1 000m-high skyscraper is an out-of-code high-rise building with height of 1 180m. The mega composite structural system consists of 3 main surrounding towers and one central traffic tower which are rigidly connected by two  stories 15m-high connected platform in every 100m. Concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) column, steel beam and concrete filled steel (CFS) shear wall are used in the 4 single towers. Outriggers and belt trusses are set around the stories with connection platforms. And two mega X-typed bracings are arranged in both sides of each single tower. The structural system and arrangement, foundation design, principles and methods on determining the seismic action and wind load, seismic performance-based target were presented. Through the calculations by different programs, overall structural calculation results were analyzed and concrete filled steel shear wall was studied in detail. The finite element simulation was conducted on critical nodes. Study shows that the choice of the structural system is reasonable and each engineering calculation index is ideal. Design can meet the performance requirements.
