浦东国际机场T2航站楼Y形柱-梁轴承节点试验研究

[摘要]浦东国际机场T2航站楼结构Y形柱-梁连接铸钢节点中采用了以向心关节轴承作为转动核心的球铰节点形式,实现了空间理想铰接的结构要求。该节点由向心关节轴承、销轴、铸钢件等部分组成,构造复杂,无法用常规方法确定其承载力。对该铸钢球铰节点进行了足尺试验,着重考察了向心关节轴承的传力性能和转动性能;在试验基础上进行了有限元分析,得出了向心关节轴承节点的破坏机理,并提出了节点构造改进措施。

Experimental study on radial spherical plain bearing joint connecting Y-column and beam in Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2

Abstract:A new type of articulated cast steel joint with radial spherical plain bearing (RSPB) was adopted to connect the Y-column and beam in Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2 to obtain three dimensional rotation and load transfer. This joint is composed of a RSPB, a pin shaft and steel castings, which is too complicated to be analyzed by traditional methods. The full-scale joint was tested to investigate the rotation and load capacity. Based on both FEA and experimental results, the failure mechanism of the RSPB joint is obtained and the joint details are improved.
