中国电力技术进出口公司办公楼加层改造研究

[摘要]中国电力技术进出口公司办公楼加层改造采用了外套钢框架的加层方案。结合工程实践,着重探讨了结构加层改造方案的确定,新建结构基础与原有结构基础关系的处理及后压浆技术的实施,跨层外套大柱的计算长度系数的确定以及外套加层结构的抗震性能等方面的问题。可供类似工程的加层改造设计参考。

Abstract:The seismic strengthening and adding story for CETIC office building adopted the technology of outer-cover-steel-frame. Taking this project as example, the project plan selection for adding story, foundation design, the effect of cast-in-place pile of post grouting, length coefficient for cross-story-column and seismic performance of this type of structure were discussed. The contentions and methods can be references to similar adding story design.
