[摘要]采用碳纤维布与钢材的拉伸剪切试验,通过改变粘结剂种类、碳纤维布层数、纤维布宽度、钢板材质、钢板厚度、温度等因素,进行了14组42个试件的拉伸剪切试验,分析研究在各因素影响下粘结界面上的应力分布特点、粘结剪切破坏过程、破坏特征、碳纤维布应变发展及分布规律。得出碳纤维布与钢材的粘结应力分布规律和粘结剪应力滑移曲线,对于实际加固工程应用和规范完善具有参考价值。

Experimental research on bonding behavior between CFRP sheets and steel plates

Abstract:Taking 14 groups and 42 samples to pull tests and tensile shear tests, the characteristics of stress distribution, the process of adhesive shear failure, damage characteristics, development and distribution law of strain of CFRP in the bonded interface between CFRP and the steel plate were studied under the effect of various factors, such as the type of binder, the number of CFRP layers, width of CFRP, thickness and material of steel plate, temperature, etc. The corresponding bond shear stress-slip constitutive curve and stress distribution law were obtained. The test is useful and worthiness for reinforcing engineering and criterion.
