已建多孔板砌体房屋整体抗震加固方法

[摘要]汶川地震震害表明,楼面采用多孔板结构的多层砌体房屋,由于砌体质量较差,或圈梁、构造柱设置不足,或混凝土强度较低,导致墙体抗震承载力不足;楼面多孔板缺乏整体性,楼面结构与墙体结构不能构成一个完整的空间结构。在地震作用下,多孔板缺乏整体调节作用,致使大量房屋倒塌。提出了几种针对该类结构的加固方法,并进行了多孔板粘钢拼接静载试验,其结果表明,加固后多孔板楼面脆断的可能性能够消除。

Seismic strengthening methods of existing masonry houses with fabricated hollow slabs

Abstract:Seismic damage of Wenchuan Earthquake shown that the floor of multi-story masonry buildings with fabricatied hollow slabs had following disadvantages: poor quality masonry, lack of enough ring beams and construction columns, low concrete strength, or all of them.These shortcomings led to low seismic bearing capacity of the walls and poor integral quality of fabricated hollow slabs. The floor and wall couldn’t form a whole spatial structure.  A large number of houses collapsed because of the poor integrity under earthquake. Some strengthening methods were proposed.Static load test of fabricated hollow slabs with bonded steel was carried out, and the result indicates that it is possible to avoid brittle fracture of fabricated hollow slabs.
