中航国际航空城展示中心大跨不规则钢结构设计*

[摘要]中航国际航空城展示中心项目具有平面布置严重不规则,竖向多个超长穿层斜柱,楼板开巨洞,屋盖大跨不规则、大悬挑且设停机坪等特点。主体采用钢管混凝土柱钢框架-屈曲约束支撑结构体系,屋盖采用网架以及平面主次桁架结构体系。采用YJK,MIDAS/Gen,MIDAS/FEA等多个软件对结构进行计算分析,在整体计算指标满足现行规范要求的基础上,进行了多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震作用下结构构件的承载力及变形能力验算,对屋盖结构以及超长穿层斜柱进行屈曲分析及计算长度分析,对楼板薄弱部位、个别复杂节点进行有限元分析。计算结果表明,通过设置屈曲约束支撑、严格控制结构层间位移及超长斜柱的应力比、楼板薄弱部位设斜撑加强等一系列措施后,结构能够满足预期的抗震性能目标要求。

Structural design of a large-span and irregular steel structure in exhibition center of China International Airport City

Abstract:The project of exhibition center of China International Airport City possesses the characteristics of sever irregular plan arrangement, multiple vertical super-long inclined columns crossing the floors, big-holes on the floor, large-span and irregular roof, large-cantilever structure and set of parking apron. The main structure adopts concrete-filled steel column  steel frame structural system with buckling restrained braces and roof system adopts grids and spatial primary and secondary trusses. Various programs as YJK, MIDAS/Gen and MIDAS/FEA were used to calculate and analyze the structure. Based on  whole calculation indicators meeting the current specification requirements, bearing capacity and deformation checking of structural members were conducted under earthquakes of the frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. The buckling analysis and calculation of length analysis were carried out on roof structure and super-long inclined columns crossing the floors. Finite element analysis was conducted on the weak parts of floor and the individual complex nodes. The calculation results show that through setting the buckling restrained braces, strictly controlling the structural layer displacement and stress ratio of super-long inclined columns, and setting diagonal  braces  to strengthen the weak parts of floor,  the structure can meet  requirements of the expected performance objective.
