云南“10-07景谷地震”建筑结构震害分析*

[摘要]通过对云南省2014年“10-07景谷地震”震后建筑结构安全性检测及抗震性能鉴定结果的归纳总结,得出如下结论:应准确分析框架结构梁柱节点与柱脚的损伤情况、填充墙的分布和梁柱施工缝留置位置及其处理方式对结构安全性及抗震性能的影响;应正确评价单跨框架、纵向框架梁按照连系梁设计的框架结构的安全性;应重视对填充墙门窗洞口处圈过梁、构造柱设置等抗震措施的检测,并充分考虑其对结构安全性的影响;砌体结构教学楼应重视抗震概念对结构安全性及其抗震承载性能的影响;若检测时室外回填尚未完成或未达设计要求,应在鉴定时充分考虑该因素对结构安全性的影响,并应及时建议按设计要求完成回填。

Analysis on  seismic damage of building structures after “10-07 Jinggu earthquake” 

occurred in Yunnan province

Abstract:Structure safety inspection and seismic performance appraisal results of post-earthquake buildings after "10-07 Jinggu earthquake" in Yunnan province in 2014 were summarized, the following conclusions were obtained. The damage conditions of beam-column joint and the column foot of frame structure, the distribution of the filler wall and indwelling position and treatment of beam-column construction joint should be accurately analyzed as well as their influences on the structure safety and the seismic performance. The frame structure safety should be correctly evaluated with single span frame and longitudinal frame beam designed according to coupling beam requirements. Attention should be paid to the inspection of seismic measures for ring beams and constructional columns at windows and doors of filler wall, and its influence on the structure safety should be fully considered. Masonry structure teaching buildings should attach importance to the effects of seismic concept on the structure safety and seismic bearing performance. If the outdoor backfill has not been completed or failed to reach the design requirements in testing, the factor′s influence on structure safety should be fully considered, and it′s suggested  to complete the backfill without delay according to the design requirements.
