大连亿达·云集项目超长坡地结构设计

[摘要]大连亿达·云集项目是双向处于高差较大的坡地、地下室超长、地上分布多个B级高度建筑的多重超限复杂建筑群。对存在多重超限问题的B级高度建筑,进行了性能化设计,并对薄弱部位采取有针对性的加强措施。对东北地区鲜有的长500m以上无缝超长地下室,进行了温差分析,并利用MIDAS/Gen软件进行了温度作用下的应力和变形分析,通过加强构造措施及施工措施来减少结构有害裂缝。为应对场地南北10m的高差,地下室底板和顶板在南北方向均采用7次错台布置,每次台阶高差为1-5m;为了使坡地建筑结构受力更趋于合理,在塔楼和地下室间设置了防震缝,大幅度降低了建设成本,并对兼作挡土墙的主体结构进行了土压力作用下承载力复核。该项目的结构设计满足要求,目前主体结构运行良好。

Structural design of super long slope structure for  Yida Yunji project in Dalian

Abstract:Yida Yunji  project  in Dalian is on the slope which has large altitude differences in two directions. The project is an out-of-code complex building group containing several B-level height buildings. The performance-based design was carried out on B-level height building with multiple out-of-code problems, and targeted measures were taken to strengthen the weak positions. Temperature difference was carried out on this seamless super-long basement more than 500m long that is rare in northeast China region and stress and deformation analysis was conducted under the temperature effect by using MIDAS/Gen software. By strengthening structural measures and construction measures, harmful structural cracks were reduced. In response to 10m elevation difference between the northern and southern part of the site, seven times of faulting arrangements of slab ends were conducted in the basement floor and roof in the north-south direction and each step height difference is 1-5m. Reasonable seismic seams were set between tower and basement to make mechanism of slope structure more reasonable and greatly reduce the construction cost. And the bearing capacity review of the main structure, which also acted as retaining wall, was conducted under the earth pressure. Structural design of this project met the requirements and at present the main structure operated well.
