高层建筑结构在竖向荷载作用下楼板面内应力分析和工程实例

[摘要]对于带斜柱、斜撑、转换桁架等的高层建筑结构,在竖向荷载作用下由于倾斜构件在水平向的分力导致楼板产生较大的平面内拉力,而高层建筑结构楼板设计时,并没有考虑竖向荷载引起的楼板平面内拉力的影响。结合深圳某带斜撑巨柱框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒高层结构,分析了在自重作用下楼板产生较大拉应力的原因,给出了“放”和“抗”相结合的应对措施和设计建议。

In-plane stress analysis and engineering example of high-rise building under vertical load

Abstract:For high-rise building structures with inclined columns, braces and conversion truss, tilt components lead to great tension in the plane of the floor in horizontal direction under vertical load. However, in the floor design of high-rise building structure, effect of vertical load on in-plane tension of the floor is not considered. A frame with mega columns and tilt bracings and reinforced concrete corewall high-rise structure in Shenzhen was used to analyze the reason of great tensile stress on floor under the gravity action, and the combined measure of “release“and “resistant” was provided as well as design suggestions.
